A rank-32 LoRA of Shweta Tiwari generated from 25 high-quality images for 17,040 steps. Had to manually crop at various zoom levels to expand the dataset to 71 images. Hope it turned out well :)
Example images were generated for 40 steps with FluxGuidance set to 2.5, with LoRA strength set to 1.15.

Dude you could try with more repeats than Epochs at just 5K steps, for 70 images I would suggest you keep Repeats at 7-10, with epochs under 20, at Dim 8 and Alpha 16 with Tags, try it once.
I have captioned the images with florence2, got good results from that.
For the repeats vs epoch thing, it does not matter if you are not using multiple concepts in a single LoRA.
10 repeats x 20 epochs is the same as 200 epochs without repeats, except that you get finer control over other variables if you have them all as epochs.
Repeats can be used to balance against regularization images if you are using them, which I am not.

As for Rank and Alpha, I have used 32 and 1 respectively because flux gets better the higher the rank. Lowering alpha to 1 lets it capture more details of the concept, at the expense of slower training.
I am currently experimenting with the LR scheduler to see if it improves results in any way, using cosine_with_restarts with the adafactor optimizer for now.
