Eli Barracuda Jr. is a recruitable henchman and crimelord from the Evil Genius 2 Game.

He is the son of Eli Barracuda from the first Evil genius game, which was one of my favorite characters in original game.

I based this one on Evil Genius 2, because there were more images available, the first game is quite old and both characters look pretty much the same.
