Well, this model was trained on 69 actual photographs of the 45th and 47th "President of the United States" where he looks like the fat, old, demented conman and sexual predator he is. I even included photos of him spitting "particulate debris" through his likely false teeth and his eyes dilated, probably from snorting Adderall. (See also here.)
