Saw that someone made a Lora of the white dress version, then remembered "Didn't she have a couple other outfits while shrunk in that as well?" So the bar outfit and battle outfit are included in this as well. It may be pretty easy to add a Lora of regular Nami and apply the outfits as well, I still need to try though.

A lot of the scenes in the white dress are at sunset with a heavy orange tint which means the Lora likes to favor that color temperature. If you don't want that I recommend specifying sunset and orange tint in negative prompts.

As this is the first Lora I've done of a kid character, it goes without saying NSFW generation is disabled for it and posts will be moderated. Don't be a creep, especially considering there's a treasure trove of Loras of normal Nami.
