Just like gacha, when you got a good result, you got a good result
Most of the time, you might need to inpaint some of the hands and fingers to get a much better result
hires fix could also help to make the fingers more detailed

works great with realistic models too (although the lora info says it wasn't tested with them).
it usually works great with the civitai onsite generator, despite the problems the onsite gen sometimes has with low-res etc.
