Enterprise unfiorms for flux, one of the last main ST uniforms that are missing in my LORAs.

-trigger is the same, sometimes it adds to add "black undershirt"

The trigger is "navy blue stentps uniform with <color> lines", where color is yellow,red or teal.

I recommend weight of 1.2 to get all the details right.

One thing that still doesn't work right is the back of the uniform, this will be updated someday.
