This model is themed on sniffies profile pictures. It was only trained on material without faces and low resolution so it does a good job at 512x512 but you can scale up. It had a base of xpenis epoch 98 but is more focused on close-ups.

I'll play around with it more when I'm back at the comp but did you try describing the belly or referring to the person as heavy or fat.

@louishane sorry my computer has been busy training a new model but I will test as soon as its done. This model was trained on faceless sniffles profile shots in the places i traveled, so it's biased to what people are putting in public profile shots. That being said I think if you were more English prose descriptive it might work. Your prompt is more SDXL style and this was trained almost exclusively on descriptions instead of tags. What's interesting is that this model is actually xpenis uncut 11 but trained an additional 10k steps on faceless profile pics.
