Without a doubt one of Japan's greatest inventions are the grates we build into every crowded city street. These grates serve an important purpose: They are carefully engineered to blow wind at just the right time and angle for intrepid bystanders to catch a quick glimpse of what the beautiful ladies are wearing underneath the skirt or dress!
