This shit will be weird. I didn't do any additional tags, just 'body horror'.
It's fairly random, but some tags seems to work: 'mouth nipples', 'teeth', 'gape', and 'nipple gape' all seem reasonably effective. Otherwise, just try random stuff and be prepared for the horror to come.

Great concept, especially for this time! I seem to have hard time triggering this, any checkpoints you would recommend?
It's not very consistent, I probably should have done some sub-tags to help with triggers. Might do a new version for that if I'm not too lazy.
I've just been using the base Pony checkpoint, turn down other LoRAs to 0.7 or lower, add the tag towards the beginning of the prompt with parentheses, and don't get too specific with pose or action tags.

Unfortunately civitai seems to have nuked it. One of my posts (where the actual lora content failed to be generated) is now one of the oldest ones, even though there were a lot more. My successful images are also gone.
Nothing about this is gore! This is simply body horror aka made up anatomy.
Seems like the LoRA is still up and functional, but yeah, the new moderation is pulling a lot of stuff. Try doing an appeal on anything you really want restored, I've had a few approved after manual review, so I think a lot of it is the new AI tagging system.
