The character Houki from Infinite Stratos, including the school uniform.
Trigger tags are shinonono houki and is-uniform. Most images will generate with her white ribbon, use green ribbon if you want that instead. Added houki-plugsuit and season1-bikini in v1.3. orimura ichika and kendo-outfit added in V2.0. The bikini tends to generate with red lines instead of black and the plugsuit also isn't completely stable. When generating images with both Houki and Ichika, adding blue eyes can help enforcing the right eye colors for the characters as they tend to become mixed up otherwise.

When will you add in Ichika or Maya Yamada?
I have added Ichika now, but I do not have any plans for adding Maya Yamada. I have tried to see if I could improve the season1-bikini as it does often get the color wrong, but it didn't get better. Not sure what the issue is, it might just be the low amount of samples. I just tried a couple times until it got it right for the sample image.
@spillerrec That's the tricky part. The thing is that Houki didn't have much screentime in episode 9 of Infinite Stratos let alone not seeing enough of her in a bikini. The last we get to see more of Houki in a bikini is near the end of episode 12. I felt that that anime has a lot of missed potential when it comes to portraying Houki in a bikini. Though we do get to see more screentime of Houki in a bikini in the first episode of season 2 of Infinite Stratos, only that the swimsuit is red instead of white.
My suggestion to get more of Houki in her season 1 bikini is to look up pictures of illustrations and fanart and you could get good results.
@spillerrec Why don't you want to do Maya Yamada? Is it because she is not an interesting character or is it that she doesn't have a lot of good pictures you could use to train the AI with?
If this model focuses on Houki, why did you put Ichika in it?
@boothero24 I have already fan-art in the training set, I even fixed some of it which incorrectly did use red accents and manually changed them to black. I also removed the red bikini images from the training set just to see if that was the issue. I think something is actively screwing it up, for example like it is picking up that accents tends to be red due to the school uniform and white ribbon which is much more represented in the training set.
Actually, I just noticed that if you add anime screencap to your prompt it works quite well. It also enforces the style from the anime which is what I would like to avoid, especially for an older anime like this. V1.x are mainly trained on fan art, and with V2.0 I added a lot more screenshots from the anime, and those have all been tagged with anime screencap. I'm trying to move towards a more fan art free workflow as I find that fan art often does not get the finer details right, but I'm still working on trying to avoid it being too affected by the cheaper production required when making anime.
There should be enough data for Maya Yamada, I'm just not doing it due to lack of interest, just like I'm not doing any of the other girls. Ichika is there due to being the main ship involving Houki and I find that having some examples with both characters in the training set greatly helps with not mixing their features up when generating images with both of them.
In the later episodes of Infinite Statos, Houki's pilot outfit changes after she gets Akatsubaki from her sister Tabane. However, her pilot outfit are shown to be the original one from the earlier episodes by default. Is it possible to make her pilot outfit a differnt color as if she is using Akatsubaki?
@boothero24 It is not part of the training data, so I don't think so. I'm satisfied with the Lora, so I don't have any immediate plans to update it. If I get better at training Lora's, I might come back and update it additional outfits. (I don't have any from S2 for example.) I'm experimenting with some stuff right now. I will also have to improve my tagging workflow, as it is not that efficient for many outfits/characters.
@spillerrec How much longer will you spend some time working on the model and how long did it took for you to make this Lora? Also, do you believe there is more room for improvements or will you eventually stop working on the Lora if you feel like it later on?
@boothero24 I have been working on a bunch of other Lora's which I haven't gotten around releasing, so I will continue working on making Lora's for other characters. Once I feel I have learned something new, I might go back to the old ones and improve them.
There is definitely room for improvement with this Lora. Tags that often appears together tends to blend together. For example, if you prompt "1girl, is-uniform" you get a brown haired girl with a white outfit, that is neither Houki nor the school uniform. Some of the tags aren't quite stable without the "anime screencap" tag, again due to tag overlap.
I have started experimenting training a Lora that captures the anime style of the specific show and then train the character Lora on top of that, so I can avoid the "anime screencap" tag. Seems promising so far. I have other ideas as well I need to try at some point.
I'm not sure how much time I have spend on this Lora, perhaps 10 hours? Could be more as I have made several iterations. Taking around 100-200 screenshots of a series can easily take an hour fast forwarding a season, then easily another hour cropping and tagging outfits, then training, evaluation, etc. It easily adds up. If you only use already tagged fan art and just a single character with a single outfit you can quite easily get something up and working though.
How long have you been working on this model?
Have you used any image samples from the Infinite Stratos manga?
What I meant by adding Ichika or Maya is that you make Lora models of Ichika and Maya and not add them into the character Lora with Houki.
