I'm waiting for the day when Flux's NSFW models will be able to generate a hand with 5 fingers 🥺
Forget fingers, I'd be satisfied if the girls just had two arms and two legs when I'm trying to get them in anything other than the simplest poses!
(No disrespect is intended to the valiant souls who try to make NSFW Flux versions and distribute them here at no cost. Although the underlying model has a lot of things going for it, Flux seems just as weak as SD3 sometimes.)
@Afgmc I had always wondered why SDXL models created deformed fingers in 6 out of 10 generated images, and I thought for a long time that the problem was something with the architecture, or because SDXL was already outdated, but from what I understand, whenever someone does training the quality is lost.
@Afgmc Using Flux DEV/Schnell, I don't remember it ever generating a deformed hand, even in weird contexts. So I decided to try out several NSFW models of Flux, and I saw that it was just as bad at making fingers as SDXL. Not only that, basic Flux commands like writing on a poster also didn't work anymore. So from what became obvious in this experiment, Flux and SDXL are not far apart in architecture, but in training quality.
I understand that people have limited resources to do good training (when compared to Black Forest Labs), and some do it without getting anything in return (SOME), but there comes a time when it's not enough to be a cute dog playing the piano, you need to play well.
@AishaAI I noticed the text-mangling too - if the anatomy gets messed up then it's quite likely the text will be as well. As for the base Flux models, I've never tried them as I generally create NSFW stuff.
Yeah there's something challenging about training with Flux, it will destroy any known anatomy, like fingers and hands, and create sausages or other body horror, as soon as you start training something that isn't perfectly captioned to the way it wants bodies to be captioned. I believe.
