To use the wildcard put it in your wildcards folder, enable dynamic prompts and add the tag female-poses.
Some of the poses included:

Once I install the wildcard extention, how do I enable it?
You need to put it inside the wildcards folder and make sure wildcards are enabled.
From there you need to call for with a wild card tag for this wildcard it would look like this in the prompt: __female-poses__ .
If you do everything right and wildcards are enabled it should randomly fill that space with text describing a pose from the list.
So the wildcards I have so far are usually a text file containing a list of variables. I tried putting in both the zip and the unpacked contents (all images) in the wild card folder and put the tag ____female-poses____ in the prompt but I don't think it's working. should I have a text file or do I need to make a list in stable diffusion? Thanks!
well it's __female-poses__, two on each side.
you need to have dynamic prompts enabled to use wildcards.
lol this is less of a pose wildcard but more of a pretending while holding things wildcard.some of the prompts made me giggle
