Something is not right with the embedded workflows.
File extension is "8"?
"Save image w/Metadata" is in permanent error state
and somewhere there is a value "normal" not in SD2.1/wd-1-5-beta2-aesthetic-u... etc wont accept.
I got it working after replacing the weird default values. This is a very powerful workflow. Thanks.
