Well your model works perfectly fine without "modifiers" tags... for example If I try to change illumination or imperfections it will lose likeness....

Something.... its wrong.... are you training this with base "Realistic Vision 2" or something like that?? If yes, that could be the problem, So, I suggest you to train with base model [ runwayml/stable-diffusion-v1-5 ] to match likeness on every checkpoint, check my realistic models.
