This is a lycors\locon you have to use the additional networks extension or the lycoris extension for this to work.
Not much to say about this one..
It had a small dataset and I don't really like the model it looks kind of blurry for no reason maybe because of the background prompts i used but i don't want to hold it back for the people that actually wished for this character to be released .
Keyword is Rui works on strength 1.0 adjust if you have to.
There is also another model of this character from someone else which I was not aware of while collecting the dataset. It works also pretty well and is a lora and not a lycoris if you are interested you can find it here:

Not trying to upstage you, but I made a lora of the same character. Curious what you think.
I tested it out and i like it. It is much more consistent with her jacket I should consider using other alpha and dim settings when training on a small dataset. But you should tag it properly. I searched for her name before i collected the dataset and i couldn't find yours. Also you should really think about your preview pictures they don't look like the model is good at all because most of them are blurry and the model is good and can generate good looking pictures.
