Recommended settings:
Make sure you are aware on the usage instructions of LORA
Sampler: DPM++ SDE Karras (Recommended for best quality, you may try other samplers)
CFG Scale : 5 to 10
LyCORIS weight for txt2img: reccomended 0.35
Those are a LyCORIS, to use them you need to install the proper extension on Stable Diffusion.
My advice is to start from the prompt of the posted images on civitai, or in any case use most of the keywords with 1.2-1.3 weight.

Great model, although I keep getting long sleeves and pants with the suit. Do you know what prompt I can negative to remove them?
You should look at example prompts in posted images. BTW in general you should play with the weights of the keywords, for example if you want more a bunny outfit then a supergirl outfit you give more weight to wearing bunny outfit over then wearing supergirl_cosplay_outfit.
@antonio_riolo2610 Thanks, also gotta say I've been playing with the irongirl model all day and it's been really great. It plays well with character Loras too which is not always the case with outfits
