i got good result doing it between 0.8 and 1 streght(0.80 mostly), as an side effect at 1 streght tent to get an style similar to ponpondou,

use the promps: spread pussy, gaping, cervix,dilation belt,

on my test almost dont need them but they give better results, taking out some could give you better result like no cervix
