Note: This is not my model, but it was not present on CivitAI, so I thought it might be nice to bring it here.
Update : Bob (hesw23168) from HuggingFace - SD-Elysium Model is present on CivitAI as Sinomakoi. He has converted V2 of the Elesium Anime model to safetensors format and posted it here. As this is his model, and without any request from him, I will be removing this version of the model, as well as any of the other versions he decides to bring over to CivitAI. Please visit his page and get the model from him directly. And don't forget to thanks him for his great work.
Original model can be found on HuggingFace at : HuggingFace - SD-Elysium Model and is the creation of Bob (hesw23168). Please give credit to him and go thank him over there if you like this model. Should he come over to CivitAI, I will gladly relinquish any hold I have on this model into his own hands.

It's a great model you've stolen to get internet points so how about at least acknowledging the creator or linking to the original? This shouldn't be allowed and you should delete this. Don't be a cunt.

@shinomakoi
Huggingface download speeds are really bad. Also it is really hard to find models in huggingface. Model creators should use civitai along huggingface. BTW, I have downloaded this model 1 month ago from huggingface really like the model.
Honestly, if the creator of the model has a problem with someone uploading his model elsewhere, it should be him complaining, not some random whiteknight.
OK, first, thanks for your so polite comment... Really classy.
2nd, I couldn't care less about internet points. I asked the admins here and they said to upload it. They have a process in place so the author can come in and take ownership of the model, in which case I'd get nothing anyway!
3rd, I'm still not finished since I just uploaded V2 and I'm working on making examples for V3 and uploading it. Very sorry I touched a sore point, since I have no intention in stealing anything, I just wanted to help the community. You will also note I very clearly stated that this was NOT my model first thing in the description. Not the act of a thief, if I say so myself
Next time, before you assume someone is a thief, please have the curtesy of inquiring about the circumstances first. I did FORGET to put the link to huggingface, quite unintentionnally. I WILL correct it in a few minutes, after which I will think about erasing you comment and my answer.
I could be much less polite about this, but I would consider that unworthy of both you and me. Please stay calm, I will make the correct changes tonight.
@rockedt The model creator has other trained models here on civitai and it's their choice whether or not their work is shared on here - not the admins, and definitely not the OPs. They have already made their model available on their terms. Your convenience isn't a consideration. Nobody owes anyone on here jack shit.
@piratekitty I'd rather white knight for someone who actually contributes to the scene than for overly entitled parasites who who take everything for granted. Just because it's free doesn't mean you deserve it.
@Alyndiar You're wrong and won't admit it. You could have already fixed the description to include attribution it takes all of a few moments. It'd take even less time to hide the model until you've obtained permission to make it available here. If you really cared about doing the right thing you'd ask the model creator for permission to share it, not the hosting site. The worst they could say is No (if they haven't already). It's disturbing to know the admins are ok with stolen models being posted here, if you're actually telling the truth.
OK, so here we go again. I reached out to the author on HUGGINGFACE.... Given that the other 2 models from shinomakoi on CivitAI have nothing to do with Elysium and that Bob (hesw23168) on HUGGINGFACE has other models, including a LORA specifically made for Elysium, I greatly doubt the shinomakoi and Bob (hesw23168) are the same person. If I am wrong, my sincere apologies to everyone concerned.
Given your basic inability to entertain polite conversation without including scatology or profanities on top of premade judgement calls, I would rather not hear from you again. You are NO MORE the author than I am, which gives you NO RIGHT to insult anyone until and unless facts are brought forward. You BELIEVE, according to your own JUDGEMENT CALL, that I did something wrong and you are certainly entitled to your own opinion, but this is not a licence to attack and hurt anyone else.
I thought I was working in good faith and, as I already admitted, I did make errors I am working to correct. While I have been active in other communities before, I do not know the tools and protocols used here that well and I did not even KNOW you could hide a model until you started beating on me. Had you been polite and considerate, I would have approved and most probably complied with your suggestions. Given your tone, the amount of venom you are throwing around and the unfounded assumptions you are making each time you write something, I will not, NOW or EVER, listen to your ideas unless your first apologize for the uncouth way your approached this issue.
Lastly, should the REAL AUTHOR of the model make his opinion and wishes known, I will immediately act accordingly, no matter what is asked. HE has final authority on this, neither you nor I.
Last point. This model is release under OpenRAIL-M license. This means that legally, anyone can do anything they want with this model, including distribution, alteration and even inclusion in a commercial product, without any further notice to the author, as long as it is distributed under the same terms, using the same license and keeping at minimum the same specific use-case restrictions the author declared for the original model. In this case, the author has put no extra restrictions beyond what is already part of OpenRAIL-M, meaning this model can not be used to impersonate a real person nor to in any way cause harm or prejudice to a real person through its use. I just spent a couple hours refreshing my knowledge about the specific terms of the OpenRAIL-M license and verifying if the author HAD put any extra usage restriction on his model. So, legally and morally, I am perfectly within the license terms in uploading the model here without consulting with the author, as long as I ensure it is AT LEAST under OpenRAIL-M license (already done, I was even more restrictive than the original license, which I will correct once I have completed this) and that I give attribution to the original author (which I inadvertantly failed to do but have corrected since). Given that you have NO legal nor moral ground to stand on, please stop pestering everyone and gather the relevant information before accusing anyone of anything in the future. I understand you THOUGHT you were doing the right thing. Unfortunately, you went about it in the worse possible way, and you were factually wrong.
Here's hoping this serves as a public service message for any similar cases in the future!
Clearly you didn't care about moral rights, nice to see you've finally indicated where you've grabbed this model from. I guess I fucked up by assuming the other person hadn't just taken the latest Elysium model to repost as well, that sure is egg on my face I guess.
Obviously I'm not here for polite conversation, at least not with parasites like you. You have a lot to learn about good faith and community because right now you aren't really contributing to either. Your arrogance dissuades actual creators from making models publicly available and if what you're saying about asking the admins is true, your bloviating excuses for why it's ok to post other people's work does indeed serve as a public notice of what can be expected.
It's good to see that you are learning something from all this despite your thin-skinned whining. Of course that you hadn't even read the openrail license until after posting a model. Of course you hadn't even worked out how the site works. I'm sticking with my theory that you just want internet points because that's all any of us will ever get from sharing models here. (mine has quite a few and that makes me happy 😊)
As someone who has actually contributed something they've worked on and been meticulous in providing attribution for the models I've used to make it possible, I'm absolutely free to call out toxic posting behavior here in language that offends you, and you're absolutely free to carry on with your tone policing bullshit in return, but I think I've got my point across as much as is possible so won't bug you again unless you repeat your bullshit, just so you know what to expect. Maybe you shouldn't have posted here until you've got something of your own worth sharing, maybe some of us have done just that using Elysium in their mixes and don't like to see their work misused, out of professional courtesy. If your really plan to just keep uploading other people's models you can expect to be called a thieving cunt for it at least once per model posted, and if that offends you, Good.
What's the problem with taking a publicly available model and publishing it here? The point of making something publicly available without explicitly listing restrictions is that it can be freely distributed. I suggest you stop trying to cause issues where none exist.
The original model uses the openrail license. If you bothered one minute to check the huggingface page you could have read this:
"The Responsible AI License allows users to take advantage of the model in a wide range of settings (including free use and redistribution) as long as they respect the specific use case restrictions outlined, which correspond to model applications the licensor deems ill-suited for the model or are likely to cause harm."
Stop whining where there is no problem.
Thanks for uploading this here! I've been cleaning up and organizing older/abandoned models that I've got and contrary to @coolperson delusions, it is a great service for everyone that this is posted here so it can be properly tagged and reviewed.
Could you by chance also convert it to .safetensors?
