It was impossible for me to generate the droopy ears of the hat consistently, but I think it is possible, I just haven't found the exact prompts. I upload it in case any of you find it or if you just want to use it.

I like this digimon, I used it to end Cybersleuth Hacker's Memory, besides it's a cute nun, I had to make a model of it.

V2: Updated version. The damn cap ears are still not 100% consistent, but it's much easier to generate it.
