Easy to use, just use Hera Syndulla as your subject in your prompt. Note I've randomly had issues where her skin is too pale/not green, so to nudge Flux to get it right, you can use:

Hera Syndulla with green skin and light blue eyes

as the subject.

Strength 1 gives a good likeness to source images. If you want to change her outfit and add a bit of flexibility, try adjusting to between .8-.9 strength.
