For some reason, it likes to make her a blond occasionally.
Weird, I didn't have that problem and I don't know why blonde, there is not a blonde-haired character in none of the training data.
Could you please share the params file you're using for training LoRAs? Your LoRAs are great and all I'm ending up with is kinda garbage 😅

No, I didn't follow any guide but I can recommend this one for collab:

note: your images multiplied by their repeats is between 200 and 400
Well if you take this Lora for example,
I had 40 images, so i used 10 epoch(2000 steps), if I Had used 50 images it would be 8 epoch(1600 steps)
also, I use 10 epoch for any dataset with 40 and less images
Also, this is what a text file looks like:
Betty Rubble, 1girl, solo, smile, short hair, simple background, black hair, white background, dress, bow, bare shoulders, standing, full body, barefoot, black eyes, flat chest, makeup, blue dress, short dress, lipstick, hands on hips

half of my images are black and white or heavily desaturated, even with those in the negative prompt and weighted.... is this common??
it shouldn't be a common problem, maybe your settings are not correct.
@TheGooder not sure if its playing nice with my other loras tbh.. what settings do you recommend?

I don't have any particular recommendation, If you're using a1111 there shouldn't be any problem with my Lora's.
