It does a really good job at 1216x832 and 832x1216 and even better at 1536x1024 or 1536x1024

This version has a much more curated data set and is more capable. Its also trained on https://huggingface.co/bdsqlsz/flux1-dev2pro-single as the base model but is meant to work with Flux 1 D when making images.

I think using Flux2Dev as the base is what made a huge improvement
@Janet Yeah might be... I'm testing a full-finetune of a character on the de-detilled dev flux right now and looks promising. I'll have to test this dev2pro next.

@Janet no they are two different models... it's confusing. dev2pro is not de-destilled.
@diogod but dev3pro is meant for training over, not for using, right?
@Janet I think so. De-destilled is another model and it is also meant to train but also generate. Dev2Pro advertaisment is that it is created to be a base to train on.

Been working with this for several days now, and I’m really impressed. It brings the same level of detail and coherence to penises that Flux brought to hands and feet, while retaining a high degree of stylability. As a bonus, it also noticeably improves the rendering of male nipples. Really great job @wolffur666456 , kudos and thank you!

For some reason I'm not able to create erect penis at all, no matter what I try. I'm using the full dev version (not pruned) with the basic workflow similar to the ones from Black Forest, including separate DualClipLoader, VAE etc. I noticed you're using the pruned version (fp8) with more or less normal sdxl-like workflow - without dual clip loader etc. Is that the key reason, how to get the results I'm looking for?

@wolffur666456 Yes, there’s erect penis in my prompt, 😛 Also experimented giving it bigger weight like (erect penis:1.5) and even putting it the first, does not seem to have an effect. Must be the different versions of Flux produce different kind of results. I’m using the original fp16 version with separate clips and vae. I’ll have to experiment with this. Thanks! :)
Changing the clip model t5xxl_fp16 to fp8 version seem to give me better results and I'm getting also erect penis in maybe 30% of the images. Haven't yet tried to change the Flux1D model.
any tips how to prompt spreaded buttcheeks to see the anus? i know the lora can create them but i`ve never found the right prompts ...

the lora is working good. the problem is that Flux guys are mostly ugly. Is there any lora or secret to get handsome looking guys that don't look like a middle-age fat bald man, with beard and moustache?
Just describe them, you can see plenty examples other people have made. Most of my material is older and masc because thats what I find hot.

@wolffur666456 i partially fixed with my taste adding some additional characters loras. btw your work is the best one at the moment also because add realism to the whole image. i hope we will have some more twinks looking guys trained in any future update and a cutted version thanks

Lora is the best but flux makes worst :(
why do i get blurry faces with this lora? should i change something in settings? composition, body and genitals are ok but face is blurry. tried different samplers, cfg scale is 1, 25-35 steps. btw i use nf4 version of flux on forge ui
Not sure I use comfyui, you could download one of the images posted to look at the settings. I am not using the nf4

This is definitely my thing. I'm glad there's people who share my aesthetic. But its blurry with almost every other lora. I feel like a few of the settings may be off like precision settings or something (i had a problem with the experimental "bf16" setting in kohya in the advanced parameters)
I've been working on some similar models and adjusting my settings brought the image quality back up closer to the original flux model.
Would be nice if this anatomy was already built in.
