A checkpoint I created using Flux1-dev as my base. I needed a smaller model to create some LoRas for Civit's Flux creation competition, so I used this after creating it in ComfyUI.
If I can find links to the resources used, I'll edit this post and be sure to include them (give credit where it's due!).
For the Flux creation entry, I believe there was something about including any LoRas used and other training information, so I figure what better way to share that information that a workflow!
The workflow included below is the workflow I used to generate new images for the datasets used in CivitAI's Flux contest - I'll zip up the full workflow json files and restrict who can download them, if possible. Otherwise, just ask me for them and I'll send 'em your way!

Description
I needed a model that loaded faster than Flux1-Dev, so I created this checkpoint after having run the Flux model through my LoRas and some creative masking and noise generation shenanigans.
Fantasy art based, does included nudity, but it's still a Flux based checkpoint, so it takes a bit of coercion.

Hey, I'm interested in understanding what you did and why. So you created a Flux Checkpoint that is a narrow focus on something?
Just how did you do that, I ask because I'm interested in doing the same thing. I want to narrow focus checkpoint specifically for a personal project. I have lora's and can train them but and wondering why you went a checkpoint route with a Lora.
Let me see... It's been a while since I used Comfy, but I know I have that workflow around here somewhere...I think I made it to narrow focus the Flux-dev1-fp8 model down to the point that even if I added 6 mora LoRAs, you'd still see the influence of, in iss casse, the Arbiter in every image.
I found that workflow that creates or uses custom checkpoints and added it to the other files. It's called "Training Data", but it's the file that's only 30K or so.
It looked like I was kind enough to leave comments in the workflow. I'm pretty sure I meant to share this workflow, but I completely spaced it! Thanks for reminding me!
@Prog420ress Thank you my friend. So "The Arbiter" is the woman, and you trained a checkpoint to narrow down to have her influence on it.
I want to try and do the same for an art style which is why I was interested in this process. I'll check it out, and thank you! (Some gold coming your way)
@SencneS Thanks. I don't see why it wouldn't work with a style as well. The only real problem I ran into was the size of the checkpoints! I'm not made of disk space! Good luck!
