im not sure what way you did it, hell im not entirely sure how it works but usually you want to crop images to a 512x512 resolution with focus on one character so crop it to one triplet at a time and tag accordingly as to which one, make a base activation tag like "triple d" or something, then with each image specify a activation tag for each character or in the case of triple d you want to specify their collar tag which is the only difference in their design. then tag all other aspects as needed like feral or anthro tags for corresponding images, a dalmatian tag for species, various tags for dogs properties and fur color, there are tool to assist on this, maybe try ask the guy who made the doug and delilah loras for advice.
