This is the flux version for https://civarchive.com/models/247837 and https://civarchive.com/models/295552. It seems to work better than the SDXL counter part, as I used a more consistent training data set.

Note flux1 dev draws fairly good surgery outfits out of the box - it just doesn't draw a particular style that is commonly seen in Japanese / Korean medical drama. This model is trained to fill that gap. It also emphasizes the way how masks are tied. In surgery, masks are typically tied behind the neck and over the cap, not looping around the ears.

This model has some bias for Asian, but seems to work with Caucasian surgeons as well. However, it does not work under anime. You could try to lower the weight to 0.5 or lower and you MIGHT get anime to work, though more often not.
