INTRODUCING "JUST THE TITS"
When I first started making LoRA's it was mucking around in SDXL. Then Flux released and I was amazed at its abilities. But for nudity it was weird meaty button nipples for days. So I set out to fix it. The model only focused on breasts, and it worked well for topless photos. Honestly, that's all I set out to do.
Then people asked for JTT to do full frontal nudity. I started working on a better body LoRA called "SEND NUDES", but it was so chock full of information that it lost the accurate breast slider.
Fast forward to today, and we have the release of Qwen-Image, so naturally I used the same dataset for Flux and made a new LoRA.
The Qwen 2.5 LoRA is an ENTIRELY NEW dataset. If it's more popular, I will continue with the new data.
[QWEN] This LoRA works well from 0.2 to 1.0 as Qwen is a VERY different beast from Flux.
[FLUX] This LoRA works well from strength 0.5 to 1.0, but I find 0.8 to give me the most reliable results. YMMV

Is it compatible with Qwen Image Edit?
Should be!
Just a tip (pardon the pun), but if the nipples come out with strange, artificial edges, just add "diffuse" to your prompt. Ex., "nipples with diffuse edges", "wide nipples with diffuse edges", etc.. This will create nipples that blend better with the surrounding flesh.
I noticed a lot of the posted images below seem (seam? :P) to be suffering from this.
Great tip! Ill try it out. The nipples all look like that because they were specifically chosen in the training data.
Question for you then, in future versions of this, would you like more control over the nipple anatomy? What would you like to see?
@ColdNorthMenace There are already a few LoRA that 'try' to give you nipple/areola variations (large, puffy, oval, dark, etc..), but the one's I've used returned middling results. So maybe try to create a LoRA that provide 'real' working results.
Other than that, here's a few types that I've noticed a lack/need/better use of:
- "diffuse nipples" - meaning, as already covered, the areolas blend better.
- "hard nipples" - meaning, the nipple is erect and extended, regardless of what shape the areola is. There are some that do this, but it is often used for a comic effect.
- "bumpy nipples" - meaning, areolas that look like they have goosebumps. Most nipples generated appear like basic, perfectly flat, color changes to the skin. Adding 'bumps' breathes life into them and helps them stand out more from the surrounding skin.
- REAL "puffy nipples" - meaning, both the nipple and the areola creates an extended dome-like effect.
- REAL "oval nipples" - meaning, misshaped areolas that are not perfectly round. They vary from slightly oval to completely stretched out in length.
- "cone nipples" - meaning, the nipple and the areola creates a 3D cone shape.
- "inverted nipples" - meaning, like 'innie' bellybuttons, but for breasts.
- "hairy nipples" - meaning, ya.. ..I know, but they exist in real life and some creators may be working on an image, such as a crone or wench, where they want this effect.
Then there's piercings with multiple types and shapes such as straight/spiked bars, seamless rings, horseshoe barbells, captive bead ring, nipple shield, pierced with a chain running between each piercing, piercings with small weights attached that pull the nipples and breasts downward, etc..
Then there's the possibility of creating nipples/areolas for comic or special use cases such as, clothes pin, metal clamp, birthday candles that are lit and melting wax on the breasts, sparklers, lit fuses (maybe with a tattoo on the breasts that says "ACME", or "BOOM!"), weird areola shapes such star, square, heart, etc., and then there's the really far out stuff like nipples/areolas replaced with eyeballs, mouths, small penises, etc..
Honestly, the world is your oyster when it comes to nipples and areolas. Most people fixate on the size and shape of the breasts, but what really makes them come to life is the cherry on top. Creating the perfect nipple is what will make your creations have impact.

@Unperson Actually, try using puffy nipples in JTT ;) its already in the training data.
The rest of the stuff I will look into, it may need to be a separate lora.
@ColdNorthMenace Inverted nipples please! ...or maybe even a lora that just focuses on the nipples so we don't have to prompt for breasts of a certain size if that's all we want to change.

I used the same seed and prompt word, and regardless of whether I turned on and used this LoRa, there was almost no difference in the generated images
