The best prompts for this have been natural sentences that mention Will Riker, no need to explicitly start the prompt with Will Riker, though that certainly works.

It's been reported that a strength of .9 works best, but I found that 1.3 would really drive the point if you aren't getting what you want. Set yours somewhere in between.
