[OLD Ver] - It's was a Challenge + A Request, It's the New Character's from Honkai: Star Rail, it has leaked & I tryed to create a Lora of it with Extremly Low Datasets, i used the same Technique as Sushang & Cocolia Lora, tho this Lora since it's the First version he's Inconsistent with Official Dress.
