Can you make a '95 long hair version of Motoko Kusanagi?
if you want only long hair pretty sure you can just prompt for it, there are a couple 95 Gits loras.
I guess the only thing I'd add to this is the iconic camo/trench coat outfit and maybe her black outfit from SAC2
