Best strength is differ for specified checkpoint, for example,1 for pony v6XL, 0.5 for duchaitenPonyXL. It looks better in duchaitenPonyXL, but do't let him open mouth while having sex when you use duchaitenPonyXL, it could be weird as the lora is realistic enough.

The parted bangs thing is writtern in the lora already, so you can only reduce that, but can't fully remove it. Try adding "forehead, parted bangs" in negative promts.
