Did you train with "complete" cards, or did you somehow mark/deleted the middle for SD to "get" where to insert the picture?
Last time I tried to train a similar lora, the "frame" got "replaced" more often then a center picture appeared :(
Don't know how lora train work, i cleaned the card and leave only frame. saved as png with alpha. During train (i'm in a1111) i checked "using alpha as loss wheight". I taked a shot of different type of card for many TCG game, about 50. cleaned the art and make a text desc for every card, for starting text i used "TCG card frame, fire icon, text, etc..." accordly to card in dataset.
I hope this info in helpful, sorry but on my pc i cant try lora training so i don't know how it work.
