This is a slider, Lora, so you can choose whatever weight you want, so experiment and find what suits you best. A positive weight adds Muscle. You can use even higher weights such as 8 and above it all depends on characters and checkpoints.

does this also work with negative weigth (to make the character skinny)?
I especially like that it doesn't undress the character - so if you want to make someone like a bulky female knight in full armor, it works too.
Great stuff.
This model has limits set for the CivitAI generator that make it less flexible than it could be. The weight range for the CivitAI generator is set to -1.0 to +2.0 I would recommend increasing the range.
