Long hair LoRA for Flux and Z-image.
For Z-image, I recommend a LoRA strength of 0.7 for an initial start, but you can weaken it / strengthen it depending on what you want.
For Flux, a LoRA strength of 1 is fine.
In general, for the best results, I would recommend making sure that your original prompt best describes the hair that you're looking for; don't rely off of the LoRA alone for that. A good prompt + the LoRA will give you amazing results.

Description
V3 of this LoRA now uses caption based prompting, instead of keyword based prompting. There are now no longer any required trigger words for this LoRA. V1 prompts won't work quite as well with V2; I recommend using completely new caption based prompts. For example:
The image is a high-quality photograph of a Russian woman with an extraordinary, voluminous hairstyle. She has long, flowing, vibrant ginger hair that cascades down her back and around her shoulders, creating a dramatic, flowing effect. The hair is styled in loose waves and curls, giving it a luxurious, almost ethereal appearance. The woman's face is serene and composed, with a delicate, heart-shaped face and striking blue eyes. Her age is approximately 23 years old, with young and healthy skin.
