This is a model base on https://huggingface.co/lllyasviel/flux1-dev-bnb-nf4/tree/main
If you haven't tried the Flux NF4 model yet, I strongly recommend giving it a try because it's just too fast! Especially for low VRAM users, its speed improvement is impressive.
Tips
The model already includes CLIP-I,T5xxl,VAE,does not require anything else.
This node needs to be manually installed:https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI_bitsandbytes_NF4 (Currently not included in the node list of ComfyUI Manager)

Can you give examples of differences between the original and this model? My harddrive is getting a bit full with all these variations! 馃憣
Yes, with 12 to 20gb updates people are going to be less able to update so often without significant improvements.
This is my first time trying to create a Flux model, and I only changed the CLIP-I in it. Compared to the original model, only improving the image detail slightly.
If you already have a original model, it is not recommended to download it.

Sadly there's no way (as far as I tried) to alter/finetune GGUF files in an easy way, I am searching around different checkpoints for people who managed to do this.
@JayNL聽I'm not using Comfy I'm using Forge, and having tested F8, Q8 and NF4 I prefer the NF4 outputs overall. Honestly not even sure why I should remotely give a shit what Comfyanonymous thinks about quality, or why you're even telling me about it tbh.

hey is this base nf4 model or finetuned nf4 model??
"All backends failed to load the model". Something about wrong size?
I have never encountered this error before. Can other NF4 models work?
@AlexLai聽Am noob, not sure what NF4 means, but I can run Flux Dev1 and the Schmitt version OK, and a coupe of other versions I've downloaded from Civit.
I suspect this is due to needing some special "node"? I use SwarmUI, which runs Comfy in the back-end. I have zero idea what to do with "nodes" :)
