A merge of the realistic pregnancy loras I've found on here plus some photo-enhancing ones, at various weights. Biased towards NSFW outputs. I tend to use it with a weight between 0.5-0.7. It's far from perfect but it saves vram compared to loading multiple loras to get the same effect.

I've made this available as-is and don't know what it will or won't do.
Users will have to try it out for themselves to see if it suits what they are trying to create.
