I'm excited to introduce my very first Flux DEV LoRA to you all—it's also the first LoRA I've ever published.
Now FLUXTASTIC v3:
In this version, I used new training parameters, removed all remaining AI-generated images from the training dataset, and added entirely new high-quality (real) training images while discarding the previous ones that were not up to standard. Feel free to test it out! :) Maybe share me some Images on x.com also!
Now FLUXTASTIC v2:
In this version, problematic AI images were filtered out, and the model was retrained with a different learning rate and a large set of high-quality, real images. This should provide a strong foundation for quickly creating effective and high-quality NSFW images with FLUX.

Give it a try! There may still be some errors, but it's a promising step forward in achieving better NSFW results with FLUX.
I trained it on over 400 images, which I meticulously reworked by hand to ensure they were perfect for training.
My main goal was to remove the censorship in Flux.
For the sample images, I used a straightforward ComfyUI workflow with a Flux Guidance of 4. The LoRA strength is set to 1.
I hope you enjoy trying it out! Let me know what you think. If it's worth it, I'll continue refining the LoRA. My initial tests went really well. 🙂

This is legit the best NSFW Flux LoRA for those 3 or 4 of us out here who aren't into big tidde anime GFs and are trying to create something a little more real. We like our research a little more refined, a little more dignified... Excellent work sir.
Thank you very much! Since I don't just scrape websites to download many images at once but pick the training data by hand, the lora could reflect personal preferences ;)
Currently I try to use only pictures for v4 that do not contain any jewelry, piercings (especially belly button) / tattoos or anything else so that the output is always clean.
So far I have only trained loras privately for special projects, unfortunately I have no experience with best practice and just try it out.
@PromptoAI Well whatever you're doing is working! I'm cooking up some masterpieces, I'll post a review with a few images so folks can see what we're working with here.

@mrneon ha no sir i was merely making a joke that the preference tends to be for larger, sometimes unrealistic sized assets when it comes to these sorts of LoRAs
@TipsyThrowaway14 I feel this way about AI penises too especially with pony im always having to put small penis in the prompt just to get a normal well endowed looking penis

I heard it happens with any LoRA. or you see it only in case of this specific LoRA?
@barlogspam176 I can't compare - this is the first lora I've used. I can already see the result of the work, but the wait time has become awfully long
my eperience has been, the first run after adding a LORA, or even changing the weights results in about a 15 min generation time. Next run if no changes to the LORA setting much faster. I can batch 4 images and runtime is around 65 secs. . Im on a 4090 with 32gb ram.
@voxefx788 I have a 3060 with 32GB of RAM. First time generation took about 20 minutes too. The second one went faster. However, now it's almost back to the previous results - about 15-17 minutes with a 2 image batch. I don't think I changed any settings.

I have a 4090 myself and the first initial load (comfy + forge) takes a little while (no more than 40-50 seconds!) after that I create images in 1024x1024 no matter if with or without Lora in 15-20 seconds.

in WEBForge-UI set GPU Weights (MB) on the top right at 7000, for me it works fine 16GBVram/64GBRAM

@voxefx788 +1 I have the same problem. I monitor the start, if the Vram goes up to 98 and stagnates, I purge and restart.

Great LoRA, one of the best for NSFW. Well done. I look forward to the next versions!
One thing I really like about this LoRA is that it stays very close to base Flux in the overall look and composition, but just makes it NSFW. So you get all the benefits of Flux, and just add NSFW to it. Some LoRAs drastically change the look, not for the better.
It works decently. Now 50% are okay and need no postwork. It has no negative implications on image quality or some kind of same-face effect like others, so it's only positive. (Time increases like with every lora 50% though.)
I think the granularity is a bit lacking if you want R instead of X rated images. It seems to ignore prompts for bottoms.
It does not seem to mess up poses that badly so there is that advantage.
