I used the tip from comfy.org for merging just the Flux.1-Dev double_blocks (MM-DiT) onto Flux.1-Schnell, giving you a higher quality model that still runs in just 4 steps!

Unfortunately my hardware does not support BNB NF4.
@azazael Can you publish some images as png with a standard workflow for the "all in" checkpoint? When I use the default workflow as you write in the description, the quality is mediocre at best. And your images are only jpeg with stripped data.

Does anyone have a simple workflow which will just generate an image with this model? I get errors on importing some of the nodes in the bottom half of the workflow and so can't run it. If you have a normal workflow to generate a base image I'd be really grateful.
can just delete the nodes at the bottom and use empty latent node instead
Please change the license on this. By moving the dev blocks onto schnell, you've effectively given it the dev license.
Hi Mr. Azazeal, honestly speaking both your flux merges fp8 and fp16 are great models. I have tried dozens of models out there, they are not a match to your work. Keep it up.
