That's the costume design from Tekken 6 (maybe Tekken 7) not Tekken 3.
I'll probably just remove the number. She wears the orange China dress from 5: Dark Resurrection to 7.
The 3 was for when she first debuts in the Tekken series but that doesn't really help.
