You are perfectly capable of rendering futa with both a penis and vagina using realistic models such as this, I have done it extensively when trying to create a reliable realistic model. Transwomen are real people, futa is not even if it's realistically rendered. There are dozens upon dozens of patreon creators who make exclusively futa using realistic 3d renders, there was the website futanaria that had real women with a prosthetic penis, and countless other real porn actresses that make fetish futa content and label it as such. Nobody in the real world is going out and calling transwomen "futa". It's a fetish term used to resolve certain content to masturbate to. If you feel it's rude then you have some internalized issues you need to sort out.
