Strength: ~1 should work fine

I suggest adding the other prompt words (if applicable) to help the AI get the look right. PonyXL also tends to automatically put the woman looking up into a kneeling position. You can avoid this by adding "standing" to your prompt and "kneeling" to your negative prompt, increasing the weight as necessary.
