@XEZ most of the creators of potentially TOS breaking material put some rules on it, for example strict notice to not allow realistic portrayal of violence or blood, in such case if there is random poster or cross-poster who commit the violation only those get the penalty, not the creator, in this case is you the OP, whose have the control of which gallery to display

for example https://civitai.com/models/536480/defloration-or-tornhymen is fine, not deleted at all, as it does not involve any underage or realistic depiction or any of the TOS breaking previews. this is the situation that random user can easily commit covert violation behind the curtain, i.e. doing mix and match such lora with whatever unimaginable me can't say or whatnot least to say, me never recommend nor advocate to, then such result still not allowed to be posted under your gallery, since you're in charge to curate your images

TL;DR most of the content that civit gave warning or suspension, is due to the preview images having issues or the rule is not enforced enough in the model card

so yeah, had you consider fixing them, by simply changing the preview images to respect the rules, and adding clear warning about what is not allowed, you can repost or appeal your creation, that is no need to retrain say 1K steps or whatnot to remove said bloody feature. another thing is, people often consider to make backup, say on hf.co yet again, this still come with careful model card precaution too, another unhinged preview even huggingface staffs might takedown yours as well
