The model is intended to produce long thin sagging breasts.
You may need to lower the strength to 0.6 or lower if it's too strong. Also putting messy hair, fat, plump, glasses, and black hair into the negatives may help.
V3: I remade this lora with better tagging, it may have better results but it still has the style very heavily baked in. I suggest lowering the strength or using another lora to modify the style.
IL v2: I was unhappy with how much it still affected the faces, so I tried cropping all of the dataset images to remove the heads. I do think it improves it, but only slightly. I also changed the tags a bit.

Tried it in Pony Realism. Keeps making the women look 12 years old even with 50yo and Mature in the prompt. And the breasts aren't even a little long.
It's not designed for realism models, you would probably need a different lora for that
