Are you sure you didn't make a mistake? I see differences only in stylistics and in small detailing, which is characteristic of a certain style.
Quite unusual. My results are more "stable". Tested it on several models.

Unfortunately I can't get away from the style change - the dataset had only 2D artwork. In any case - I will restart training to 5 epochs. Usually the result is better that way.
Using regular Pony Diffusion v6 model, this Lora doesn't seem to make a difference.
