interesting, What exactly about the model isn't working well for you? I tried several Pony models, and they all seem to work fine, try to play with the weight and see what works for you.

Good model, 1st lora I have tried. Was able to get good results by copying all data from your screenshots and then working from it. Without that those keywords you recommend are not producing good quality images.

@iMhm I did all of them initially and it was nowhere near the quality of prompts you used in example images. By the way why do I most of the time get her back view is this somehow connected to images that were used in training? I mean single front view is not enoung most of the times.
