May i ask you about your training settings?
1 - Take as many screenshots of the character as you can. Like... a lot. 200, 300, 400... as much as you can.
2 - Edit the screenshots to have only the desired character on focus. and in the best resolution you can find.
3 - Open the civitai Lora trainer in the character option
4 - Upload the images
5 - run the auto-tag tool putting the trigger word on "Append tags" option with "Append" selected in Existing captions option
6 - When all the images have their captions, click next
7 - Select "pony" as base model and change the epochs to 13.
And... thats it. put it to train.
@Synth_CanvasAI Thanks for answering, So you're not changing anything in CivitAI Trainer, except Epochs? How about Repeats?
@GasRider if i have less than 100 images, i put the repeat in 3. If i have between 100 and 200 images, i put the repeat in 2. If i have 300+ images, i put the repeat in 1
