to reply to my own comment that the model might use a little too much gold, IRL there do exist crazy things like this
LOL The imitation gold foil made of copper alloy is much cheaper. The price for bulk purchase in the place where I live is approximately $2 per square meter. I once used it in large quantities for my graduation project in university.
