This embedding gives your images a red, white, and blue color emphasis while also adding sparkles and stars.
I have another version of this that adds fireworks too that I may post in a few days if anyone is interested.

Description
Adding "a painting of" or "a photo of" etc tends to make this TI generate weird images, so maybe leave that out if you are having problems with frames/borders.
