I really love this character, but I didn't have much hope. Her outfit is very complicated and rich of details, and most of the pics I could scrape had her in slightly wrong costumes and there aren't many official ones. At the end I'm happy with the result. Giving it the right tags I could get a 100% accurate costume 7 times out of 10, which is actually good considering how complicated it is. In close ups it can even get the chest symbol right without inpainting. This can also do Dark Aqua, but it cannot do the armored one (not correctly).
Triggers with aqua \(kingdom hearts\), but if you want her costume you also need to describe it, like in this example: blue hair, chest strap, elbow gloves, gloves, skirt, wide sleeves, medium breasts, detatched sleeves, black shorts, fingerless gloves, thighhighs. Weight should be around 0.5.
For every pic I used Anything V4.5 pruned. The first 2 pics are also using my Nomura style LoRA.

I just cannot for the life of me get this correct. I copy all the details available, to test to make sure it works of course, but I cannot replicate the results. It looks more like konosuba's Aqua. Any ideas on basic stuff I could be missing?
From the limited information maybe you're not using the correct filename or you swapped this with the konosuba aqua lora by mistake. Is it possible?
@Lykon What Sd Vae do you use? Or maybe some other things that don't show up in the image data? I was able to resolve the part where it wasn't resembling KH Aqua, but it still isn't looking the exact same. The first problem was I copied your prompts straight from the source, which didn't do the Lora's correctly. It lead stable diffusion to not detect them, so I added them manually from the Lora menu and it worked then. Please excuse my technical ignorance.
@Lykon Does the base model have something to do with it? Am I too updated?
@FloorPudding maybe, but this should work on most anime models. Can you show me prompt and result?
How i make dark Aqua?
check the (i) in the bottom right. Also please remember those examples are very old :)
Is there a good way to keep aspects of her outfit out of the results?
see examples.
Also might depend on the base model
@Lykon Most of the examples have her in her normal outfit though?
