This is a Cameltoe Lora, works pretty well, 0.85-0.95 seems to be the sweet spot. Does works with the character loras I have tried but to get a better detailed face I suggest inpainting a detailed face. Does yoga pants, leotards, swimsuits, panties and nude cameltoes. You might get results that doesn't have a face but just skip if you can, the reason is I cropped faces out to help work with loras, you can lower the weight or just skip to next image.
