If you want the lips to be visible more, use lips bulge
If you want the nose to be visible more, use (nose bulge:1.2)
Negative penis bulge, cheek bulge, stomach bulge if you use one or both of the emphasize prompts above.

I've had a lot more luck using Illustrious for bondage scenes. It seems to understand (for the most part) that 'bound wrists' does not mean that you also want rope around everything else. Many thanks for porting this over. Someone once said, "The more gags - the better," and those words are just as true today.
